What are edelweiss direct veneers?
Direct veneers are thin layers of glassified resin, that are glued to the front side of the teeth, in order to correct some imperfections on the teeth with regard to colour, shape or positioning.
The construction of Εdelweiss direct veneers used by the Piraeus VSmile dental clinic, is used in Switzerland and is a world's first. It allows the dentist to achieve an excellent cosmetic result in just one session that is equal to porcelain veneers. The veneers made from nanohybrid composite resin, which has been treated with lazer and is then vitrified.
When can it be used?
Direct veneers are an excellent cosmetic option in the following cases:
- to replace broken teeth or old worn fillings
- to replace discolourisation or spots
